Question No post and vga light on mobo

Hi
Need help finding out what is wrong.

Suddently my pc wouldn't post anymore. And on the mobo the VGA light stays on. Gpu has been RMA tested and is OK.

MSI mpg x570 gaming pro carbon
CPU is amd R7 3700X
GPU is Asus rog strix RX5700XT oc
PSU is Seasonic Focus 850 w plus 80 gold
RAM is G. Skill Flare X DDR 4 16gb 3200 MHz (2x 8gb)
I have nzxt kraken x62
Corsair mp600 1 tb m2 ssd
Seagate Firecuda 2 tb sshd
