Question no-post ASUS Crosshair Hero VI q-code c0

Getting all the lights n power on for my new build, but booting up never makes it to post, getting code C0 on the motherboard. I've confirmed the RAM sticks are compatible, but not sure what to try next. Desperate, put lots of money into this build and I need to get it working.

Setup

Crosshair Hero 6 (obviously)
Ryzen 5 cpu
Trident Z 8g RAM sticks (made sure to get compatible sticks @ 2400)
GTX 1070ti

Has corsair liquid cooling for cpu, lights up except the part attached to the motherboard (which did come on but now doesn't)

2600 (not the x). I just found the guide on here about how to troubleshoot, basically about to disassemble everything and go through it one at a time to make sure each step is correct, i haven't tried testing RAM slots individually yet either. But please, if you have suggestions, throw em at me
