no post at all

so here is the issue i have. i have a pc that sometime likes to take a while to boot, even post really but its not as bad as it right now. it was working fine until 3 days ago. i moved it to another room and it would not post. i gave it time like usual and that didnt work. tried powering it off and on over and over again, and still no post. so, i replaced every part, pretty much building a brand new PC, and still, no post. can yall help me figure this out

read through and the only thing i missed was a cmos. i just did that and still nothing

What the make and model of the PSU?
tested on another outlet? HDD failed?
