I bought all new parts (excluding the hard drive) and put them together. When I turned the computer on all of the fans were running and the lights on the case and GPU were lit but there was no post and no display on the monitor.

What I have tried:
  • Removing the RAM
  • Moving RAM the into different slots
  • Removing the GPU
My components:
  • PSU: BitFenix Whisper 450W
  • MOBO: ASUS TUF Gaming B450M-plus
  • CPU: AMD RYZEN 3rd gen
  • GPU: ASUS GEFORCE GTX Phoenix
  • CASE: Fractal-Design DefineC
