I am not able to get a post beep after replacing my CPU, motherboard, and PSU after my motherboard died.
All the fans and leds seem to work but I cannot get any display.

PSU - Corsair CX750M
CPU - AMD FX-8350
Video - GTX 970
Motherboard - MSI 970 AMD
Memory - Hyper X genesis 2x4 (> 5 years old)

I tried everything in the popular stickied post below without any success. Also made sure that everything is connected properly.

tried breadboarding and every step seems to work (memory beep when removed, video card beep when removed) until I connect everything and I don't get any beeps.

tried playing around with memory with no success

tried resetting the CMOS by removing the battery for about 10 minutes and leaving my computer on for over 10 minutes. (still nothing and no sign of overheating)

What other things could be wrong?

Edit:
Is it possible that it is a compatibility issue between my 1.65v memory sticks and 1.5v supporting motherboard?

Solution
To reset the CMOS RAM, it seems like you would want to disconnect the battery and leave the computer off and unplugged to drain any residual charge . . . Does your motherboard have a 'reset CMOS' jumper position?
