About a week ago my computer started shutting down a lot, figured out the Cpu fan stopped working, CPU got hot. Husband cleaned everything out, put back together - no post beep.
Had someone look at it, tried another PSU - still no post beep
Ordered a new Mobo - no post beep
Ordered a new CPU - no post beep.
fans works , no post beep and nothing to see on the monitor
NO beeps when taking out the RAM

Looked at the sticky solutions and triplechecked everything

PSU: 500w
Mobo - M68Mt-S2P

Yes the switch is on.. lol we had a friend come over and tested with his powersupply ( its a higher tier on the list than mine ) and still the same issue

maybe i LOOKED AT THE WRONG PDF BUT THE SIDE THAT THE WIRING FOR THE POWER SWItcH SEEMS TO BE ON THE WRONG SIDE?

sorry for the caps. ................. but the one I get to doesn't even look the same as the picture you posted. gigabytes site turned to a turd.

are you sure the BIOS on the board supported the 6core processor?

the wired switch is correct , if it wasnt the computer wouldnt even turn on ( as said the fans etc do turn on) and we checked compatability for cpu and mobo

we replaced it so its completely new and even if this was the case there is no way for me to get into the bios
