No post bios after cpu fan error

Hi guys i got myself a nzxt kraken x62 water cooler for my computer after installing everything the computer started and showed me a cpu fan error than it asked me to press f1 to reset all my board values to 0 when i did it then press f10 to save and reset my computer start but no bios no post nothing ...but the fan still run :S

I tested everything ibtryed tonreset the board with the reset cmos jumper but still have the same problem ...i uninstall the cooler and put my oem coller that i had (everything back to what it was but still no bios no post nothing you guys think it migh be the board ?

Try removing the CMOS battery for about 30 seconds and reboot the system.

Did that i even tryed the cmos reset jumper still doing the same is it possible for a bios to glitch itself or make itself nor working anymore ?
