Question No post but rgbs and fans on

I was recently in my pc bios,when i axcidentally turned on xmp and quit...
Since then it's still not posting.The only ez debug leds that light up are cpu and dram and they shut off instantly.The others don't light up at all.I have tried updating the mobo bios and clearing cmos, turning the pc on with only 1 ram stick, re-installing the graphics card but nothing seemed to work.Can someone help me?

So i remembered that i had updated my mobo bios to make the pc post but After that cmos stuff i Need to update again.The problem Is i don't know what is the update i need.Does someone know anything?
Mobo:Msi b450 Tomahawk
Cpu : Ryzen 5 2600
GPU : Msi rx 580 8gb
Ram : 2x8gb 3000mhz tridente z rgb
