First build, putting together a htpc.

mobo: ASRock H67M-ITX LGA 1155 Intel H67 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Mini ITX Intel Motherboard
cpu: Intel Pentium G620 Sandy Bridge 2.6GHz LGA 1155 65W Dual-Core Desktop Processor BX80623G620
ram: G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666) Desktop Memory Model F3-10666CL8D-4GBXM

Issue: System will not post, fans will spin.

I discovered this during benching my build, and went through the troubleshooting list. Whole bunch of nothing until I removed the ram sticks and paperclipped, a series of beeps.

I looked up my mobos memory support list. http://www.asrock.com/mb/memory.asp?Model=H67M
and found that there are 3 similar numbers, but none identical.
Am I correct in that the ram and mobo do not work together and this is the cause of my problem?
If so, could someone please help me select ram that will work with my build this time around? (I picked this ram as it was "designed for the cpu set and listed on a htpc build parts list)

Thanks.
