no post GPU

Hey guys
Im running a
FX 4300
M5A78L-M
4GB 1x4
and RADEON 7750
The Radeon and the PSU are used but I know for sure that the PSU works. anyway, I dont know what the issue is but Im getting no post I think it might be the GPU cause the GPU cause no post i have no intgrated graphics so I dont know the USB's dont work either I just ordered A GTX 730

Well is your monitor plugged into the gpu or motherboard? It needs to be plugged into the gpu if you want to use the video card.

Is the monitor turning on at all? If it is are the bios coming up?
