ASUS MB: Z10PE-D16/4L
Dual CPU: Intel Xeon E5-2630V3 (2.4GHZ)
DDR4-2133 G.Skill Ripjaws4 RAM, 8Gx8 (64GB)
PSU: Seasonic 1250W Gold Series

Just built system and it will not POST. Getting no error beeps with RAM installed, getting the "RAM not detected" beep sequence with all RAM pulled (as expected). On startup, only getting the silent Q Codes on the MB LED of 4, 19, AF, 60 & 61. All codes appear to just be system initialize processes, etc.

Pulled Vid Card, testing by using only the on board VGA. Disconnected all SATA data cables for now. I "DO" get power and startup to all fans and front fan LED; including the CPU fans. "Triple" verified all components seated; even the CPU's, etc.

Already went through the POST checklist and nothing has changed. Tried booting with 1 stick RAM- same result. Is this starting to sound like a bad MB??

For your information:

LRDIMMs, or Load Reduced DIMMs, are a new type of industry standard memory module for servers.

A Registered memory module is called an RDIMM, while Unbuffered (un-registered) memory is called UDIMM.

The server motherboard uses:
Memory Type :
DDR4 2133 /1866/1600/1333 RDIMM
DDR4 2133 /1866/1600/1333 LRDIMM

Memory Size :
32GB, 16GB, 8GB, 4GB RDIMM
64GB, 32GB LRDIMM

DDR4-2133 G.Skill Ripjaws4 RAM, 8Gx8 (64GB) is Unbuffered (un-registered) memory. (UDIMM)

There is no mention in the motherboard specifications that Unbuffered memory is supported.

Registered (also called buffered) memory modules have a register between the DRAM modules and the system's memory controller. It is usually found only in applications where the need for scalability and robustness outweighs the need for a low price – for example, registered memory is usually used in servers.
