No post no beep code

Well, my computer just refused to start up. I heard a faint buzzing coming from the PSU, so I replaced it with a higher wattage one I know works. Well I put in the new power supply and the system still refuses to boot up. I fear that some of the other components went with the PSU. Any more suggestions?

System:
E-Machines T2542
Celeron 2.5ghz
512mb RAM
40gig HDD
PSU from a HP I upgraded (14A@12v)
Imperial GV 200307018 (Unknown Intel Chipset)

Unfortunately you cannot mix power supplies from HP and other companies.
Take each component out and check for burn marks.
Replace anything with burnt marks.
Clear the CMOS battery and see if you can get a post.
You probably have a bad motherboard.
