[SOLVED] No POST, no beeps on new system

POST fails with no beeps. PC is just stuck doing nothing. Fans are spinning, no image output, no beeps.
Tried unplugging everything but cpu and hsf. It resulted in 3 beeps.
Plugged in ram. No post, no beeps.

Specs:
CPU: Ryzen 3200G
Mobo: Msi b450m-a pro max
RAM: HX426C16FB3K2/16 (HyperX Fury 2x8GB ddr4 2666)
Display is plugged in via mobo hdmi

Ram: Crosair Vengence Pro 3200Mhz (8*2)GB

I plugged in everything, the Cooler fan is spinning.
Ram lights turned on but no display or beep.

In my case it turned out to be ram incompatibility, even though official support page listed it as compatible. Was fixed by swapping ram to HX432C18FB2K2/16 from another pc. After this manipulation pc succesfully booted. Ram that was originally designated for this pc was installed in another one and it booted fine.
