no post,no bios, no beep no display no boot

my mother board is intel 61 ww, i turned on my pc. i could not find my pc's booting log in screen .
and i checked for the bios beep code by removing ram form board i couldn't hear any sound .please
help me to start my computer.

did it power up? i mean did the fans on the heatsink spin? the HDD spins?? if it did try reseating the memory and the gpu.
