Before I'm asked, yes I read through the entire sticky on here. Recently I built my own computer, when I built it up to turn it on it doesn't post or display. I came on here to check the sticky on what to do and eventually I took it to Microcenter to have them look at it, they said my mobo was defective and they tested my components in the same exact mobo they have there and it posted. So I bought the motherboard from them and came home to install the motherboard and I get the same exact issue. I'm running out of options and patience so I come here looking for a possible solution my components are
MSI B350m gaming pro
Ryzen 3 1200
EVGA GTX 1060 3GB
Corsair vs series VS500 500w 80+
WD BLUE 1TB

I do not know if they tested my PSU there, and yes all fans spin inside the case, they spun on this motherboard and the old one.

I'm not sure if they did, i forgot to ask. The person who looked at it said every am4 chip they tried in my mobo would not post but as soon as he put my cpu and ram into the same exact board they had it posted fine.
