Question No POST, no LED on keyboard/mouse

Fiance's PC all of sudden isn't working anymore. It was working one morning, she turned it off minutes later. Went to turn it back on at night and it won't POST, the monitor says no signal, keyboard/mouse have no LED.

We have tried unplugging everything, reset the BIOS by taking out the CMOS battery, and are now trying an HDMI instead of a DP.

Specs:
GTX 1050 LP
Corsair vengeance rgb 3600mhz 2x8
Gigabyte a320m-s2h mobo
ryzen 5 2600
segotep 750w gold fully modular

Everything is at stock since the CMOS reset. Fans spin and have LED, same with RAM and the AIO for CPU cooler

when resetting the bios did you make sure the psu was unplugged and did you hold the power button on the case well it was for 30s x2 times?

Yes

EDIT: I have done it for 15 seconds many times on my own computer. We did it a few seconds longer than 15, but 30 seconds twice is unnecessary.
