Question No post on new build. Mobo rgb on.

New build.

Rog Strix B550-F no Wi-Fi
Ryzen 5 3600
Asus phoenix 3050
2x8gb 3200
P31 Gold 500gb M.2 ssd
EVGA 650w GQ
Aerocool Revo Quartz case

The cpu and ssd were pulled from old system. Everything else brand new.

When everything is plugged in i get IO shield rgb on but nothing else. No power button, no cpu fan spin.

I have flashed bios. I have tried using my psu from old system. Ive tested new ram in old system. I have unplugged everything and rebuilt it twice. What else should I be trying?

Tried clearing cmos. Moving ram in different slots. Switching around the case front panel plugs around. Basically took it apart and put it together again.

Now ive got mobo out of case with just bare bones. Cpu, cooler fan, 1 ram, psu plugged in. Still nothing.
