no post on working pc. Win 7

Worked last night, put to sleep. and 15 minutes later nothing. I mean power lights, but no video or audio signals. Already looked at the great checklist. But this was a working system. SSD boot drive. Fans run and I think the videocard seems to send signal based on when I power down my pc then kvmp switch changes. No beep or anything besides led and fans. Removed battery. Took out card and reseated it. Tried vga out. Nothing. Bad bios or board? I put a win 7 disk in and still hear nothing. Bad board?

What components using?
Is there a case speaker http://images17.newegg.com/is/image/newegg/12-201-032-TS?$S300W$ connected to the board? If yes, try starting it with only CPU and CPU fan installed. See if the CPU fan does spin and if any beeps.
