All the leds on my motherboard and case turn on but the pc won’t even boot. It was working fine before but I upgraded to a z390 and i5 9600k with 600w bronze power supply. I have no idea why it isnt even starting up.

Okay, so here are the specs:
i5 9600k
z390-h rog strix motherboard
EVGA 600w 80 plus power supply
Vengeance LPX 2400mhz DDR4 ram (2x4gb sticks)
2tb wd hdd
and 120gb ssd with os on it
RX480 8gb msi gpu

I can now boot the PC and the fans are spinning but i get no display on the monitor. On the motherboard i have a Memok LED's which indicate there is something wrong and the red light turns on which is for the CPU.
thanks for the help

Yes i have tried 1 stick of ram, without gpu, different slots of ram. I also had this problem before, so i returned the cpu and ordered the exact same one again and i still have the problem. Could this be a problem of the power supply having the wrong pins for supplying power, or being outdated as i originally built this system in early 2017

I noticed the 12v power connector on the motherboard for the CPU has different shapes on the individual connectors to my power supply, could that make a difference or are all power supplies the same?

UPDATE: I have a new motherboard and the pc is now booting fine and everything seems to be working. Except my CPU cooler, as I enter the windows home screen the temperature is already at 100 degrees. How would I check if my pumps dead or not properly connected because it was working fine with my old setup for 2 years

I reapplies thermal paste and tried different headers on the mobo for the aio pump, still not working. It should be fine as I used it for 2 years and while waiting for my motherboard I didn’t remove it from the case
