Question NO post only when graphics card is in

hi
i put my computer in sleep mode and came back a few hours later and my PC wouldn’t post

i bought a new PSU and then the PC would post but only and only if the GPU wasn’t inserted.

(IT DOES POST IF ITS A CARD THAT DOESNT REQUIRE A EXTRA PCIE CORD INSERTED)

i’ve reset my bios, tried two different brand new psus

the graphics card works just fine in another pc...

anyone know? thank you

full system spec? include brand and model of the psu

GPU: gtx 1660 Link
CPU: an AMD cpu i don’t have it right now because i have the pc at a repair store being looked at
PSU 1: corsair RMX RM 550 Watt
PSU 2: Hiearcool 750 Watt
RAM: Two sticks of 16gb, i’ve tested them and they’re working
