Question No POST or display when GPU is installed ?

hey guys i just upgraded my cpu, motherboard and case and ( the gpu and ram and ssd and psu are from previous system) . gpu was fine before moving to new case. but the system boots fine without gpu from motherboard display port but when installing gpu no post or display from either motherboard or GPU.

I changed pcie cable and updated bios and installed fresh windows 10 but no luck. Only for one time after multiple restarts and playing with power on and off button on back of case the system booted with gpu display but no motherboard logo and booted straight to os. so whats my problem mostly?

msi z590 gaming edge wifi
11700k
16 gb 3200 ocpc
psu: 850 oc+ platinum green
lexar 1 tb nvme ssd
gungnir 110r case
gpu: msi gtx 1080

Have you tried both pcie slots with the gpu?
