No POST, RMA'd mobo, psu, memory, cpu

So about 3 weeks ago, my PC said it had a hard disk failure (my SSD) and couldn't load the OS. So I opened up my machine, unplugged the sata cables and the power cables to the hard disks and then plugged them all back in to see if that would help. I tried rebooting the machine, but the machine wouldn't POST.

I took the machine over to a friend and he said the mobo was completely dead, he couldn't get any boot codes out of his internal mobo speaker. So I RMA'd my mobo and when it arrived, i was still having the same issue.
So i figured it was either my CPU or PSU so i RMA'd both and also bought new memory (wanted an upgrade). When i got all the new components, i tried assembling it again with the minimum amount of components and it STILL didn't post or give me any beep codes.

The fans to the cpu are working, there are lights on the mobo, the cpu gets warm but i am getting 0 beep codes.
I am starting to think that my RMA'd mobo was DOA. Does this sound like a fair assumption? what else can i try?

I have checked the compatibility of all my components and they are correct, but i will list them here:

CPU: intel i5 4670k MOBO: MSI z87-g45
Memory: Corsair Vengeance DDR3 1600 2x4gb
PSU: EVGA SuperNOVA 1000 P2 1000W 80+ Platinum

BTW this PC has been running fine for over a year. Not sure what happened

I would say it's the board , I own that power supply and it's one of the best on the market.

The thing that concerns me, is the board was JUST RMA'd. Would they really send me a DOA mobo? If so, do you think it would be easy to get another replacement?

Also to note, the board is mounted in the case right now (haven't tried breadboarding it, but not sure if that would make a difference), and also, i did notice that ~3pins are SLIGHTLY bent in the cpu socket (the very top left and very top right corner pins) but one of my friends assured me they weren't bent enough to cause any problems

I bet you the bent pis are stopping it from running.

Is there anything else it could be? Or does that seem like the obvious answer?
