No post with working GPU

So I just finished a Ryzen build. It posts, but not with my R9 fury X. I was able to get it to post with an old GTX 760. I tried the fury X in another system with an fx8350 with no problem booting all the way to Windows.

R7 2700x
PRIME B350M-E
Corsair Vengeance RGB 16gb 3200mhz
Seasonic 660w full modular PSU
Kingston 256gb SSD
R9 Fury x

Try updating the bios on the motherboard to the latest.

I've updated it to the latest version. It's the same as before. It's been 10 minutes with no post.
