Question No Post Z170A MSI Gaming M5 - Error Code (55, 0D, 4C, 00, 30)

Hello, my pc will not boot. I just get error codes (55, 0D, 4C, 00, 30) I have tried different ram, moved the ram to different slots. I have everything removed from the PC other than the ram and CPU/Cooler. My corsair ram lights up fine, I have checked the CPU pins they look fine and none are bent. Have cleared Bios also.

CPU: G3900

ram: 2 4GB sticks (Have tried corsair Vegence RGB and off brand DDR4

I am only using this cpu to test this motherboard. I will use a 6700k once I know the motherboard works.

Yes I have it connected to CPU fan 1. Have also tried CPU fan 2 and SYSFAN 1

Old board was not bought from a retailer.

Was just recently given the board, it booted fine for me two times but now it just throws the error codes in a loop.
