[SOLVED] No post

I built this old computer last year, just because I was interested in building computers. Recently I tried turning it on and it wouldn’t turn on for the life of me. I tried using every dim slot on my mobo. I used different ram sticks, I bought a new power supply, I took apart my pc and rebuilt it (twice), and I used three different monitors and a tv. I’m absolutely clueless and kinda bummed out because my family doesn’t have that much money and I barely scraped by trying to build this and it doesn’t work.

Intel core i5-4570
Asus b85 mobo
8 gb Ram stick
500 watt psu
Gtx 960
500 gb seagate harddrive

Doesn't work is not exactly helpful lol. I get that when the wife says the car won't start. Well I s it out of gas, oil, froze up, battery dead, what?

So start by saying exactly what does happen when you hit the power button. Any lights, fans, drives etc.

Yeah sorry I didn’t really explain. The pc itself turns on like all the fans work and stuff, but it doesn’t post.

I just attempted putting my graphics card in a system that works, and the graphics card works. I also changed the cmos battery. No post

Lastly this may be useful information, but right before it met it’s fate it started freezing up (even in bios)

I solved the issue... my mounting pressure on my cpu fan was uneven. Simple fix.
