So I recently got a new gpu. I put the gpu in and now the pc won't boot, it looks like everything turns on and all the fans including the gpu's are spinning. At first I thought ok the gpu is DOA. So I took it out and put my old gpu back in but its the same issue. No display. I'm not sure what's going wrong or if anything is busted but now my pc won't boot with either gpu.

My system:
Cpu: ryzen 5 3600
Gpu: rtx 206o
Ram: hyper x 32gb
Psu:seasonic 1000w gold

With the power off and disconnected, make sure your memory is properly installed (firmly locked into the slots). It is common for the motherboard to flex when installing components resulting in the memory being jostled out of position.
