I recently purchased a new GPU, unfortunately I don't have an 8-pin PCIe power connector for it, I have a spare 4x1 Molex connector (image attached)

I also have a SATA power connector that I am using for my CD Drive, is there a way to get adapters to merge those 2 into a 8-pin PCIe connector for my GPU Like this?
The red line in the bottom right will come from the spare molex connector shown above.

Any help will be appreciated!

A very bad idea.

What is the make/model of your psu?
How old is it?
What is the make/model of the GPU?

If a psu does not have a 8 or 6+8 pin pcie power lead, it does not have the capability.
Were you able to jury rig some sort of an adapter, you run the risk of overloading the psu and not only destroying the psu,but the motherboard and graphics card also.
I repeat, a very bad idea.

And... do not think that you can just buy a cheap replacement psu.
A cheap psu is also a very bad idea.

Look for at least a 5 year warranty from a reputable brand.
Keep the gpu in the box until you can power it properly.

Make of PSU: Frontier P4-500W

Old: Almost 6 years old (6th July 2017)

Make of Current GPU: NVIDIA Zotac GTX 1050 (2GB)
Make of the GPU I want to upgrade to: NVIDIA Gigabyte RTX 4060 (8GB)

I've been thinking about getting this one to power my GPU, do you think it's alright?
I think, you're trolling.

Is this your PSU?

It has 264W on 12V rail. For GTX 1050 this is barely enough. Minimum recommended PSU for GTX 1050 is 250W.

RTX 4060 minimum recommended PSU is 550W. For that you need a new PSU.
There's no way around it.
If you try to use your current PSU with RTX 4060, this will probably result in fireworks and dead pc.

Yes, that is the power supply I have. What other Frontier power supplies do you recommend?

What power supply do you recommend for a RTX 4060?
Check this list: https://cultists.network/140/psu-tier-list/
Try to get something from Tier A or B, depending on prices and availability in your region. If you are on an extremely tight budget, maybe Tier C.

Try to avoid models marked as "low priority" or "speculative" (those are classified based on assumptions, not reviews). Go with whatever wattage the manufacturer recommends (in this case Gigabyte) for the specific GPU model you want to get, or preferably even slightly higher.
