[SOLVED] No power to Peripherals with graphic card attached

Ran into an issue this morning. Was working fine last night. Now I do not have any signal going to any of my peripherals attached (mouse, monitor and keyboard). When I removed my graphics card and plugged my admin into the motherboard everything worked. Does mean my graphics card is done? I really hope not.

AMD R7900 HD
Mod x stream pro 700w psu
i7 9700k
Razer Death Adder mouse
Razer firefly chroma mouse pad
And because my 12 yr old spilled a drink on my razer keyboard it is now a Microsoft wireless keyboard (temporarily).

Which GPU is this ? I can't find any info about this card. So the onboard graphics is working, but not this GPU ? Clear all the CMOS/BIOS settings to default, and then try again.

Also, check the GPU on some other system/PC as well, if this can be done.
