so i got a new pc build for Christmas and i put it together and there was no power. so i individually tested each core component like psu mobo etc. that worked fine and when i installed the graphics card and tested it to see if the fans would run the whole system lost power. any help thanks

I think the answer to this is pretty simple since you tested individual parts and they all work except when you plug in the graphics card. This is usually a sign that your power supply doesn't have enough juice to run the entire system. Normally a 500-600w should be a minimum.

Post your specs, your psu power wattage, and your gpu.
