No power

Hello,i have a packard bell easynote r1938, which i had to replace the dc jack, keyboard and mains adapter,i have the problem of not powering up no led lights come on but i have tested these with a multi tester and power seems fine even on the cmos battery could you suggest anything else

I'm thinking you should check the power supply. Is there any way to check it out in more detail? I'm not an electronics guru, so you might know more than me.
