No power

my toshiba external hard drive is not detect on my pc.
and no sound is coming
no power fluctuating
please help me and solve my problem

You could try removing the drive from the enclosure and hooking it either directly to the sys board on your machine, or putting it in another external enclosure. If the one you have isn't powering the drive you don't have very many options other then removing it.

Removing the drive will void the warranty so if its under warranty and you want it repaired you would need to send it back as is and just accept losing the data on the drive.
