No ram isn't working on my motherboard

My ram was weak. So I've bought a new ram.
I have installed new win 10 and other apps.
But after dinner when I start my pc again it wasn't opening.
I took my pc in shop, they tried every ram of their shop but my mobo isn't recogizing any of them...
Please help!!

motherboard type? each motherboard has a ram speed limit maybe you exceeded yours
