Hello everyone!

I have recently built a new computer with some used parts. Everything seemed to be working fine, until i tried switching my usb headphones for a standalone microphone and some other headphones. I dont see Realtek HD in my device manager. I do see High Definition Audio Controller under System Devices and under Sound, video and game controllers i see: Logitech USB Headset(the headset im using) and NVIDIA High Definition Audio. I tried manually installing realtek drivers but nothing happened really. I used the drivers from Asus webpage for my motherboard. I don't have a lot of experience with this so I really don't know what else to try. Hope someone has any idea what could be wrong.

My specs:
Mobo: z-370a Asus
CPU: i3-8100
GPU: Gigabyte gtx 1060 6gb
RAM: 16gb Corsair
SDD: Samsung m.2 500gb

If anything else is useful let me know please. Thanks a lot in advance!
