no removable media detected

hello,
I use windows 10 on my pc and whenever remove my sd card from my pc it still shows up in the explorer and after that it does not detect any removable media until I restart my pc. My SD card is bootable and has 2 partitions. (for my rasp pi). can anyone help me with this?

Can you use the eject function like you do with usb flash drives?
