no reset sw

i am building my pc, and , there is no cable for the "Reset SW" there is +P LED, -P LED, HD AUDIO etc.

The case may have been updated and the manual wasn't. If there's no Reset switch, then a cable would serve no purpose. If you need it, then return the case and buy one that includes the Reset switch.
