No resolution settings work? Win. 10

So i have a toshiba tv id. (B09R02C09031A1). I have two monitors and this is my main, my second is an HP. So it has been working fine for years now but today i changed the resolution to see what others are like and when i go back to the original one it doesnt fit??????? What did i do im so frustrated. I dont think i changed anything else help please. When i go to graphics properties it only sees my HP monitor (i can still use the main one it just doesnt look right).
