No response from Step-Thermodynamics

Well, it has been over 8 weeks since I ordered
a heat sink and fan combo from Step-Thermodynamics and
other than the auto-responder thanking me for the order, I
have heard nothing from them. I have now sent 6 e-mails
and never received a single response. FYI to all you
out there.

Step Thermodynamics have a terrible rating of only 3.0 at <A HREF="http://www.resellerratings.com" target="_new">http://www.resellerratings.com</A>.

I'd contact customer support for your credit card. I think you only have 60 days from time of purchase to lodge a complaint (assuming your card has been charged). You should also contact the correct regional branch of the Better Business Bureau.

MaximumPC magazine has them in the Dog House at the moment, they aren't even answering their emails. Several readers have written about delays of months on orders and the like. It's a shame.
