No right click menu

When I try a right click for the context menu, the mouse pointer moves slightly and starts a drag operation instead ( I am not moving the mouse)

This only happens on 32 bit programs installed under Win7 64 bit....

Any ideas?

Tried restarting the computer and trying again?
