no route to host?

so for some reason all the ports are closed/blocked all the port checker websites give me same reason i tried multiple ports and i even tried to port forward. Does not work at all i even fked with the firewall options the only thing that might be able to fix it is through the default gateway which i'm not experienced with
but one of the port websites that checks if port is open or not. gave me [NO ROUTE TO HOST] Reason. i don't know why but can someone help me fix this? i need to port forward.
My router is Vtech IAD604

EDIT: it did not work. sht still not open.
