Today I installed GTX 1070 https://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814126109&cm_re=gtx_1070-_-14-126-109-_-Product

During first hours of use: uninstalled/installed old/new GPU software and restarted a few times, played some games. Desktop as a whole was noticeably loud however the GPU Tweak II Monitor that was installed says all 3 fans have no RPM data. Removing side panel I can feel air off the GPU, so this seemed odd.

As far as my PSU goes i have an Aurora-R4 that just says Alienware Aurora with Standard Liquid Cooling as far as anything I can find, and it is usually quiet until I start a game, so it seems like more stress and that's my main concern.

**also, i changed my desktop background resolution to 3840x2160 could that be a mitigating factor?

I highly recommend not using GPU tweak. There's an unstable driver in it, and it causes lots of problems. Get MSI afterburner. I have an Asus card and had GPUtweak2. It jacked my computer up so bad.

MSI afterburner should resolve some of your problems or future problems you didn't know you had from gputweak.

Also, if you did not use DDU to uninstall the old drivers, do that and reinstall them using the Nvidia experience app.
