Hey guys. I had a machine that had been sitting for a while. I decided to boot it up and discovered the monitor wouldn't display. I messed with the onboard and video card and eventually got the display to post.
Upon boot I got hit with the no bootable device error. Play around in the bios a bit and saw that there were no SATA drives being detected. I bought a new SSD and used a different SATA cable, but could also not get the new hard drive to show up.
While playing around with sata cables and restarting my machine, I ran into the video issue again. Had to restart the computer 2/3 times before the video posted again (and of course no sata still)
I'm suspecting mobo or psu at this point, do you guys think its too early to make that call?
