No screen output after mobo+cpu upgrade.

So I upgraded the pc of my dad with a new motherboard and cpu. But now it doesn't display anything.. It worked fine before so I don't know whats wrong. If I press the caps lock button, the light goes on..
The specs:
AsRock 970 Pro 3 R2.0
FX 6300
Asus Nvidia GT610 Silent (so I can't see if the fans are spinning or anything)
Recom 430W PSU (yeah it sucks.. And it has a 4 pin cpu plug while the motherboard has an 8 pin but that shouldnt matter)
Crucial Ballistix 8GB ram

Have you been through the troubleshooting checklist in the stickies at the top of the forum to make sure you didn't miss anything when setting the system back up with the new motherboard and CPU? What motherboard and CPU was in the system before? You will likely need to do a fresh OS install to get the system working properly once you figure out the no video output issue.

Yeah I've been trough the stickies and I can't install a new os because I can't even see the post..
The motherboard before was an am3 asus 760 something with an athlon ii x4 i think.

Looks like it was the PSU, relpaced it and works fine now.
