No screen signal after boot

So, I tried to boot up my PC after doing something, and it boots, but no signal is thrown at the monitor. I tried pulling out my GT 730 and plugging the VGA cable into the mainboard, but it still didn't do anything. (Of course I had the PC turned off when I pulled out my GT 730.) And I can't seem to figure out what is wrong. Anyone got any ideas?

My specs are:

AMD FX-4300 QC 3.8 GHz
EVGA GT 730 2 GB
EVGA 500W PSU (80+ bronze)
ASUS M5A78L-M/USB3 MoBo
(Not important but I'm still gonna add it:) AOC E2070Swn 1600 x 900 60 Hz 19" monitor

Yup, I'll try to breed-board it. And my MoBo has a hidden speaker somewhere (I can't find it) but it does beep every time I turn it on. The only problem being it just doesn't wanna supply monitor signal. But yeah, I'll try breed boarding.

Well I simply just dunno what to do now. I've tried all of that, I've tried an electrostatic-discharge, I've tried using one memory stick and then two, and also moving them around to test my DIMM lanes, I've tried using the other 4 pin 12v ATX for my CPU (My motherboard has one 4 pin port, and my PSU has two 4 pin connectors, I tried using the other connector), I've tried completely rebuilding the system, I've tried a MoBo/CMOS reset, I've tried so many more things that I won't even bother to put on here... UGH. :(

It's pretty funny, I was on that exact same page that you gave me a link to, reading it, when you sent me it. Lol. But yeah, I've tried everything on that list and MORE. Maybe I accidentally fried the brand new MoBo already that I just installed two months ago. Although what makes no sense is that is has anti-surge support. :(

I do, but it's a lower wattage and isn't enough to power my hardware... lol. It's okay. The worst that could have happened is that I may now have to buy a new MoBo. I can get an AM3+ Socket MoBo for about $50, and I make about $1000 every 2.5 months as a 14 year old. Lol

Lol. Hmm... seeing your PC specs, I see it's kinda funny how yours is obviously more expensive, yet I have a lot more storage lol. I've got 2,820 GB storage space... lol. A 60 GB boot drive, 1 TB internal HDD, 160 GB internal HDD, 500 GB HDD, and a 1 TB external HDD. Lol
