No screen visual - custom built computer

This is a custom built computer. When I put in a DVI pin connector from the screen to the computer, I get a visual and everything works. Yet when I use HDMI or VGA, I get no visual. Here a few pictures:

The 'top' screen inputs don't work but the 'bottom' inputs do. The top USB 2.0 and 3.0 ports and all that stuff work fine.

Probably won't work if the video card is plugged in. Take it out and then try to connect it straight to mobo. Should work.
