No scroll with Synaptics Touchpad

I have a Toshiba A215-S4747 with a Synaptics Touchpad. I have tried installing the drivers from Toshiba's web site and Synaptics and neither one allows me to scroll. Anyone have a fix to this?

Try the driver from the actual company, otherwise your out of luck I suppose... could run it in compatibility mode tho...
