No SD Card

About 8 months ago I installed an SD card on my Lumia 640 LTE Windows 10 phone and it worked fine. Last week I did a reset after backing everything up, but when I switched the phone on again the SD card does not show up and all my aps are now installed on THIS DEVICE. How can I get my SD card to show up so that I can move some of my apps on to it.

If you are referring to an SSD you need to reformat it using disk management
