No security,sharing and customize tabs

Today, I installed iobit uninstaller and uninstalled some adobe programs(photoshop,premiere,after effects,illustrater...) then after that i found that i cant create new folder and there is no "new" when i right-click in empty space and i didnt find any sharing,security or customize tabs there is only previous version and general tabs i fixed the new folder problem with avg tuneup but i dont know how to fix the the tabs problem.I dont know if any other problems occured if anyone know the reason of the problem or how to fix it plzz help

You should make a backup of your registry before trying any of the following.

It only takes a second and it's easy to do. There are also instructions at
bottom of page on how to restore your registry if things go badly.

You should also create a Restore Point before trying the following.

The Security Tab. It requires using Regedit.
