No service after lollipop update

I don't know if this is inn the right topic andimasorry is is not but here's my problem. I have a LG g2 vs980(Verizon) I am using it with my t-mobile sim card and I worked great when ok kit Kat 4.4.2 but I decided to upgrade using the kdz method and when our booted up everything looked fine except our said there was no service with a "x" over the status bars. I tried to change to apn but this did nonot change anything so I decided to go back to kit Kat but I had the same problem so I decided to just got back up to lollipop 5.0.2 and I am stuck without service, also for some reason ever since this problem has started there has been a notification for a voicemail but when I try to call it says in out of the service area and ethics happened on both kit Kat and lollipop. I think the phone knows there's a SIM card in it because 83rd notifies me when it is ejected. Sorry if this is a little long but Abby help would be greatly appreciated. Note: all data is done when connected to Wi-Fi.

Did you run an upgrade not provided by the service provider? If you did, you need to find the stock ROM for that phone and flash it to get it to how it was originally, then if that does not work contact T-Mobile and see if they can connect you again.
