[SOLVED] No signal after cmos reset

My old monitor this morning showed me no signal and then I connected my PC to my TV which was showing signal, so I went ahead and bought a new monitor. I plugged the new one in and it had no signal. I tried changing the position of the ram sticks and nothing, tried changing the HDMI cable from gpu to motherboard still nothing. Used new HDMI cables, VGA cables still nothing. So as a final option I reset cmos by removing the motherboard battery. After that still I had no signal but this time the pc was turning off as soon as I pressed the ON/OFF button, something which didn't happen before the cmos reset. Any suggestions on how to deal with this problem ?
My PC specs :
Ram: 2x8GB Corsair valuselect
CPU:Intel I5-9600k
GPU: MSI Geforce GTX 1050 ti 4GB Gaming X
PSU: Corsair VS650( I think it is the bronze 80 plus one not sure)
Motherboard: Asrock H310CM-HDV/M.2

I honestly don't have a clue what it was I just unplugged the gpu cleaned the dust it had (nothing extreme) and then it magically fixed..
