Question No Signal after connecting RGB

I have had my IBuypower pc for about 6 months and when I recieved it, the rgb on two of the fans weren’t connected. I finally opened up the case and connected the rgb. The rgb works now, however when I plugged my hdmi cable into my montior, it says no signal. I’ve tried other cables and my monitor works when I connect my xbox to it. Any ideas on this issue?

I’ve connected the hdmi to both ports on my pc and still no signal. Could it be the ram?
